On Wednesday 8th of August, Te Awe was proud to present an evening of Maori Women and Business. The evening included an impressive lineup of Maori women sharing and addressing a range of topics relating to Maori Women and Business. The line up included Michelle Hippolite, first woman CEO of Te Puni Kokiri, Liz Kelly, Deputy Mayor, Porirua City Council and Mara and Careene Andrews of Kāhui Tautoko Consulting Ltd.

On Wednesday 22nd May 2013, at Te Raukurau, Te Awe and The Treasury were pleased to host the Post Budget Breakfast with guest speaker, the right Honourable Minister Bill English. The event included insights into government policies and actions as well the opportunity to ask questions.
