On Thursday November 20th Te Awe along with Hope Brokers Inc, Kaua Enterprises and MWDI were proud to host the Maori Women and Business Event. The event had an impressive line up of experienced Mäori women in business including Lynell Tuffery Huria, Teresa Tepania-Ashton and Doris Kaua all sharing their experiences in business.
On Wednesday 8th October, Te Awe hosted its very own My Kai Rules Cook Off! with special guest judge Eliot Brookes.
On Tuesday 2nd September 2014, Te Awe was pleased to present a pre-election Political Forum held at Te Raukura. The forum featured representatives from the various political parties. The panelists were asked a range of questions and provided personal and party’s views and policy.
