For the question 2 above, if you check the design for Home Page and Investment Focus, they have quite different right boxes.
For Investment Focus, it is possible to use just 1 link to the Page called Designing a Future but for Home page you're gonna need a HTML editor field on the Homepage.
Therefore, instead of having 2 systems for the right hand column, why don't we just add an HTML editor field on every page for the right column ? That way it'll work for every page.
